The ultimate pH-optimized teak maintenance solution, developed by yacht crew for superyachts. Our Teak Wash & Protect cleans, protects, and maintains your teak’s natural golden-brown color for months—without waxes, acrylics, or silicones. This hydrophilic formula shields against salt, UV, stains, and chemicals, keeping your teak looking pristine with minimal effort.
This product is designed for regular maintenance after using a traditional two-step teak cleaning system — it does not replace but extends the results of those treatments. With self-ablating technology, it gently removes dirt, stains, and grey fibers while replenishing teak’s natural oils, preventing the fast greying process. No harsh bases, no acids, no difficult reapplications — just a simple wet scrub for an effortless glow-up.
HARDCORE ECO-FRIENDLY
- No acids, phthalates, P.E.G.s, or Q.U.A.T.s.
- Ocean-degradable ingredients break down safely, minimizing environmental impact.
- Recyclable packaging saves 80% locker storage space compared to competing products.
- Safe for marine life (including sea turtles — hooray!).
HOW TO USE FOR PERFECT RESULTS
- Mix 1 part solution with 7 parts water in a bucket or pump sprayer.
- Apply to dry, lightly misted teak using a soft deck brush or spray directly onto dry teak.
- Let it sit for 1–5 minutes until the teak starts to darken.
- Scrub across and with the grain using a coconut scourer, doodlebug pad (green to brown, not white), or stiff bristle brush.
- Rinse well with clean water to remove grey residue and allow teak to dry.
- Watch the magic happen — the sealer cures over the next few days, revealing a rich golden blonde finish.
Extends time between heavy cleaning cycles, reduces teak surface degradation, and can be used as often as desired for a simple, long-lasting glow-up.

Reviews
If you're already using the Simple Sailor teak part 1 and 2 system give this stuff a go. It saves your teak, time, budget, back and deck team and will give you a few more months of that classic golden teak we all love. Its a perfect maintenance system that means we may only need to do a full 1 and 2 once a year or longer
